Fennopharma´s one-of-a-kind China-Europe business strategy received a significant grant
After successfully concluding the first phase of the Young Innovative Company (YIC) program financed by Tekes (Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation) in December 2010, Fennopharma Ltd has been awarded a 0.5 million euro grant. This is the second phase of the YIC funding, up to 1.25 million Euros granted in two- or three step process. The grant is awarded only to a select group of Finnish companies fulfilling the criteria of innovativeness, growth potential and commitment of entrepreneurs.
Fennopharma has shown its capability and potential by achieving the pre-determined goals linked to business development and internationalization as they were a prerequisite for the access to the second phase of the program. Tekes highlighted Fennopharma´s activity in collaboration with Chinese pharmaceutical companies as a cornerstone for company´s future business potential.
